• Heading the Team of Legal and Regulatory Compliance Management
• Assisting in streamlining the business practices, industry standards and management principles
• Responsible for creating repository of compliances of all  central and States laws in India, using standard compliance manual template
• Researching on laws and legal compliances applicable to an establishment / industry
• Assessing the statutory compliance levels and advising on the non compliances
• Analyzing Statutory risks Involved in non compliance to statutory or contractual obligations
• Doing Assessment & data collection for compliance management and Risk analysis
• Ensure the work processed is within clients quality requirements and adhering timelines
• Prepare presentations for marketing activities and actively participate in business development
• Conduct and coordinate internal training for team members

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation in Law with  15+ years of experience in legal compliance
• Fair understanding of Indian Laws
• Prior experience in Legal Compliance Management
• Knowledge of industrial and secretarial work.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Science Preferably an Engineer with specialization in Computer Science, Software, Electronics and Communication, Telecommunication, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
